Assignments and requests
A request via the website or customer portal is a request, not an automatic assignment. We review every request before we start.
Feasibility
We always do our best to carry out an assignment, but we cannot guarantee that every desired feature is technically feasible. If something isn't feasible, we propose an alternative or refund the amount paid for that part.
Price and payment
You receive a price indication in euros beforehand. The final price is on the invoice and is paid in advance. Once payment is confirmed, the assignment is approved and we start building; later price changes don't apply retroactively.
Delivery
We deliver in stages. You get the opportunity to check the result and give feedback within the agreed rounds.
Domain names and e-mail
We don't change existing e-mail settings for a domain without consultation. We discuss changes beforehand.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant assignment, to the extent permitted by law.
