Privacy statement

Depending on how you use the website, we process:

• Name and salutation.
• E-mail address.
• Phone number, if you provide one or request a callback.
• Address details and, if provided, company details such as Chamber of Commerce and VAT number.
• Invoice details and payment status (we never see full payment credentials; those stay with the payment provider).
• Project information: your idea, your answers to our questions, the price indication and progress.
• Messages between you and Your AIdea, including date and time.
• Photos, logos, texts and other files you upload.
• Technical data needed to run the website, such as your login session and language choice.

We only process data with a clear purpose:

• Performance of the agreement: handling your request, producing a price indication, building and delivering your assignment, staying in touch and providing support.
• Legal obligation: invoicing and keeping our records.
• Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, improving our service and logging important actions.
• Consent: for example when you expressly ask us to contact you. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Invoices and records are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

Account, project and message data is kept while your account exists and for up to 2 years afterwards, so we can answer questions about an earlier project.

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of 2 years. Uploaded files are removed once they are no longer needed for the assignment or our records.

We never sell your data. We only share it with providers we actually use to deliver our service:

• Our hosting and cloud platform, which runs the website, database and uploaded files.
• Our payment provider, for handling payments and payment links.
• Our e-mail service, for sending confirmations, invoices and messages.
• AI services, which process the description you enter to develop your idea and produce a price indication. Please do not enter special-category or unnecessary personal data there.

We protect data with encrypted connections, access rights verified on the server side and logging of important actions. Clients only see their own data.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures and keep them up to date.

We only use necessary and functional storage, for example for logging in and your language choice. We do not place tracking or advertising cookies. See our cookie policy for details.

You have the right to:

• access your data;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have data erased, insofar as we are not legally required to keep it;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a common file format;
• withdraw consent you have given.

Send your request to info@youraidea.nl. We respond within 30 days. To prevent misuse we may ask you to confirm your identity. You can also change much of your data yourself in the client portal.
