How do I start?

You describe your idea in the text box on the website. Our AI assistant reads along straight away, shows what it recognises and asks a few short questions. That way you build a complete plan together with the assistant.

What exactly does that AI assistant next to the text box do?

It thinks along with you. It recognises what kind of project you want, suggests parts that usually belong to it and asks about things people often forget: pages, log-in, payments, brand style, texts, photos and a domain name. You simply answer yes, maybe or not needed.

Does everything the AI suggests end up in the assignment?

Accepted Answer

No. Only what you confirm goes into the assignment. Suggestions you don't need are simply left out; anything you're unsure about we discuss together later.

What happens after the price indication?

You get a no-obligation price indication straight away. Then you choose: receive an invoice with a payment request, or pay online right away. As soon as the payment comes in, your assignment is approved and we start building.

A website mainly informs. A web app does something: signing in, keeping track of data, planning, dashboards, members-only areas.

How does payment work?

You can pay online right away or receive an invoice with a payment request. For online payments (such as iDEAL or credit card) you need your own Stripe account; Your AIdea helps you set that up free of charge. Invoices are paid securely via our payment provider.

Yes. You receive a professional invoice with a VAT breakdown by e-mail; it's always in your account too.

Are there subscriptions?

For some solutions there is a monthly amount for hosting, maintenance or ongoing services. We agree on that clearly in advance.

I already have a domain name. Can it be used?

Yes, we connect your new website to your existing domain. We don't simply change your existing e-mail along with it.

We help you choose a suitable name and arrange it.

What about privacy and security?

Accepted Answer

Access rights are checked on the server side, customers only see their own data and payment details stay with the payment provider. Important actions are logged.

Do you also do maintenance and extensions?

Yes. You simply request extensions later; we review every request before anything goes live.
